Products And Stores (“PAS”, “we”, “us”) operates a B2B marketplace connecting manufacturers, traders, wholesalers and retailers of plastic and packaging products across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and South India. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

We only collect information needed to operate the marketplace:

  • Account details — your name, company name, email address and phone number, so you can sign in and we can contact you about orders and quotes.
  • Password — stored only as a salted hash; we never store or can see your actual password.
  • Seller verification (KYC) — GSTIN and PAN are optional and requested only from sellers so we can verify a business before releasing payouts. You may add them later from your dashboard.
  • Order and quote data — products you list, request quotes on, or purchase, so we can fulfil and support those transactions.

How we use it

We use your information to create and secure your account, verify sellers, process quotes and orders, arrange payments and shipping, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use GSTIN or PAN for any purpose other than seller verification.

How we share it

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the platform — for example our payment processor (Razorpay) and shipping partners — and only to the extent required to complete a transaction you initiate. We may disclose information where required by law.

How we protect it

The site is served entirely over encrypted HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, and access to seller KYC data is restricted to verification staff. We retain personal information only as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can review or update your account information from your dashboard, and you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing info@productsandstores.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
